Wargaming have recently  been taking feedback from the World of Warships community about gaining access to the closed beta test for World of Warships and they’ve decided that access should be granted to anyone who purchases a pre-order bundle.

All premium pre-order “ship” packages now contain access to the World of Warships Closed Beta and anyone who already purchased a premium package should have been sent a key to access the test.

There’s an interesting note on the page however that should be taken as a warning. Wargaming say they “reserve the right to remove CBT access from the pre-order packages in the future in line with our internal requirements for the number of testers”. Wargamign has confirmed with us that despite how this reads, if you have access, it won’t be removed from your account at any point.

The top Premium ship package comes in at £36.16 but CBT access can be picked up for £14.46.

We’ve been playing the game recently, and although it looks fantastic, it’s currently lacking in the gameplay department which was also a problem with World of Warplanes. There’s still lots of testing to be done with World of Warships so hopefully it will shape up niceley by the time it’s fully released.
