Is Dead Cells: Return to Castlevania DLC coming to mobile?

While nothing has been announced so far with regards to the Return to Castlevania DLC being added to the mobile version of the game, it’s very likely that it will be added in the near future, given that the game’s other four DLC packs, Rise of the Giant, The Bad Seed, Fatal Falls, and The Queen and the Sea, have all made their way to mobile.

In terms of release date, we can only speculate at this point using the most recent DLC packs as a template. Fatal Falls was released for PC in January 2021 and then for mobile in September 2021, eight months later. The Queen and the Sea, the most recent DLC pack before Return to Castlevania, was released for PC in January 2022 and then for Mobile in April 2022, three months later.

Based on these figures, and barring any potential complications due to the DLC’s officially licensed nature, we can expect a mobile release for Return to Castlevania within 3-8 months, likely closer to the three months end of the spectrum than the eight. That’s plenty of time to build up your arsenal and sharpen your skills in preparation for the challenges the DLC offers.

Dead Cells, and the Return to Castlevania DLC, are available on Steam.
