Star Wars Outlaws Where To First After Toshara

Where to go first after Toshara in Star Wars Outlaws: Kijimi, Akiva, or Tatooine?

The galaxy is yours to explore.

After completing The Wreck mission in Star Wars Outlaws, you and your new companion, ND-5, can use the Trailblazer’s new hyperdrive to travel to three new planets: Kijimi, Akiva, and Tatooine. The question is, which planet is the best place to visit first?

In my opinion, here is the best order to visit the planets after Toshara in Star Wars Outlaws. In the following sections, I detail why I think you should visit Kijimi first, Tatooine second, and Akiva third.

  1. Kijimi
  2. Tatooine
  3. Akiva

Know that you can hop back and forth between planets before sinking your teeth into any of them by zooming out the map to see The Galaxy and fast traveling if you have fast travel points unlocked on the planet you want to go or by opening the hyperspace menu in orbit. You can also always return to Toshara to finish unresolved quests like the Rejected Intel.

Should you go to Kijimi first in Star Wars Outlaws?

ND-5 recommends going to Kijimi first and I second that opinion. The two reasons are because it’s smaller in comparison and it introduces the Ashiga Clan.

While Toshara, Tatooine, and Akiva all feature large open-world explorable areas, Kijimi is only a city. It’s a fairly large city, but it’s a contained area that is easily digestible after experiencing the wide expanse of Toshara — and I’m leaving out the best part: You meet the Ashiga Clan on Kijimi, the fourth joinable Faction.

Since the Ashiga Clan isn’t largely found on any other planets, I think starting with Kijimi to learn about the Ashiga Clan is the best thing you can do after leaving Toshara.

Should you go to Tatooine first in Star Wars Outlaws?

Since Tatooine is the only planet of the four that is heavily featured in the movies, it’s natural to want to go to Tatooine first. Especially if you want to side with the Hutt Cartel, go to Tatooine first.

I still recommend Tatooine second as it’s not filled with as much new surprise and wonder as Kijimi and Akiva. Still, Tatooine is Tatooine, so if you’re feeling the need to visit Mos Eisley, chart the course.

Should you go to Akiva first in Star Wars Outlaws?

Akiva is arguably the most beautiful planet as it features lush jungles, huge mountains, and massive lakes. Besides the gorgeous environment, Akiva comparatively doesn’t have any unique features pulling you to it first. Tatooine has Jabba and the movie tie-in and Kijimi has a brand new Faction to meet. When it’s up against that, it’s easy to save Akiva for last.

No matter where you jump after Toshara, know that you can now visit all four planets at your leisure. Enjoy your time in the Outer Rim, and keep your eye out for all the merchants along the way.
