Where to get Timmask Spores in Baldur's Gate 3

Where to get Timmask Spores in Baldur’s Gate 3

I wonder if they taste good?

Your alchemist’s pouch is an incredibly important tool in Baldur’s Gate 3. It allows you to deconstruct and create potions, collecting recipes as you go. Some ingredients are abundant, while others are a little harder to get your hands on. Often, the rarer the ingredient, the better the recipe it is actually a part of. To really fill your pouch and get yourself armed with the best potions of all, you need to know where to get everything. Timmask Spores can be a tricky item to get your hands on, despite knowing where the mushrooms are in Baldur’s Gate 3.

However, these mushrooms aren’t harvestable, and instead, they will just explode when approached, giving you the Befuddled debuff and having your party run around like loons. The explosion of the mushroom is the secret to grabbing the spores of the Timmask in Baldur’s Gate 3.

Wait for the Timmask to explode while holding down the Alt button. This will allow you to see where the spores are when they pop out. You can then grab them quickly. They will disappear if you aren’t quick enough. Don’t worry if you don’t manage to grab the Timmask Spores the first time around; they will respawn.

The Befuddled debuff will make all your party members run off in all directions if you’re out of combat. If you are in combat, it can be a bit of a problem. It causes missed turns, attacks of teammates, and aimless wandering. This can make your Baldur’s Gate 3 battles tricky, so make sure you’re far out of combat when trying to get Timmask Spores.
