Before I explain why the Injector Case is so good, let’s focus on getting you one first. As you may expect for such a coveted item, they are pretty rare.

If you’re actively seeking the Injector Case, the best place to start is Customs. There are a couple of places around the ‘Old Gas’ Station where the Injector Case is known to spawn. Either inside the Gas Station itself on the table or just behind underneath the ‘Giving Tree.’

The Giving Tree (pictured above) is well known for its ludicrous spawn rates. Players have reported the highest-value items imaginable appearing here, from Weapons Cases to LEDXs. Even if you’re not looking for Injector Cases, you should visit this location whenever you’re in the area.

From the Old Gas Station, head under the bridge and into the first warehouse to your right. This building is known as Warehouse 3, and Injector Cases are also known to spawn on the shelves here. If you’re lucky enough to have a Marked Key for Dorms, you can get Injector Cases there too.

Although competition is always fierce in Reserve, there’s a chance to find Injector Cases in the Marked Rooms there. Rooms RB-BK, RB-VO, and RB-PKPM all have a chance to spawn the Case. Unless you find the keys by chance, they command ridiculous sums at the Flea Market.

Can I get the Injector Case anywhere else?

You can get an Injector Case for free by completing the ‘Out of Curiousity’ task for Therapist. This task should become available after accepting ‘Chemical – Part 4’ from Skier.

If all else fails, you can barter for an Injector Case from Therapist at Loyalty Level 4. The trade costs 20 Medical Tools, 15 Disposable Syringes, and 12 Bottles of Hydrogen Peroxide.

Why is the Injector Case so sought after?

The Injector Case allows you to carry 9 Injectors in a single Inventory Slot. Naturally, as the Case is so rare, you’ll want to keep it in your Secure Container. The most popular items to carry in the Injector Case are usually Morphine, SJ6s, and Zagustin.

If you know you’re about to get into a scrap; the Injector Case can give you a massive advantage in combat. If you use a Morphine Injector before a fight, you can run on broken limbs, and visual effects like Pain and Contusion are removed for 300 seconds. Zagustin temporarily stops all bleeds. Finally, SJ6 increases your Stamina and is unbeatable if you need to disengage from a fight. One shot can send you back to the lobby empty-handed in Escape From Tarkov. If an Injector saves you from this fate even once, it’s worth every penny.
