Where to find the dead drop in the Al Bagra Fortress in Warzone 2 DMZ

Hiding in plain sight.

The start of Season Two saw a few extra dead drops scattered about in Al-Mazrah. Not only are these stashes used for stowing cash and weapons, but they’re also necessary for some of the Warzone 2 DMZ faction missions. Dead drops don’t require any keys or extra steps to access, but simply finding them can be a chore in and of itself. That said, here’s how to find the dead drop in the Al Bagra Fortress in Warzone 2 DMZ.

The Al Bagra fortress dead drop is located in the eastern portion of the POI’s island. It is a white, graffiti-marked dumpster in between two buildings. You’ll recognize it by the white outline it has and the visible dead drop icon that appears when you approach it.

Depending on how the match is generated, this area can be extremely hot. Expect a ton of armored enemies inside the fortress as well as some players who are trying to do their own quests. The easiest way to get to Al Bagra Fortress is by flying in with a helicopter or arriving by boat. Luckily, the dead drop is outside of the fortress walls, so it shouldn’t be that hard to get to.

The Al Bagra Fortress dead drop is used in the ‘Train Tracks’ mission for Warzone 2’s White Lotus faction. This is the one that asks players to plant nine tracking devices on the cargo train (not the passenger train!) in Al-Mazrah. The trackers for this mission can only be picked up from this specific dead drop. Unfortunately, the fortress is some distance away from the tracks, so bring a vehicle with you to make the trip a little safer.

If you find yourself in the area after dying in the previous raid, stop by this dead drop and stash some money into it. This will reduce the timer on any ongoing insured weapon cooldowns.
