Even though Assassin’s Creed: Mirage goes back to its roots, there are still some elements in creating Basim to your liking. Not just in the form of cosmetics, but also in how he works with new perks and abilities. While earning skills can expand your play styles, coupling this aspect with outfits can make Basim a very versatile assassin. One outfit that you can come across early in the game is called Abbasid Knight. It’s slowly becoming my favorite because of the perks. More on that later. For now, if you want to know where to find the Abbasid Knight outfit in Assassin’s Creed: Mirage, follow along.Â
Assassin’s Creed: Mirage – Where to find the Abbasid Knight outfit
Most gear you earn can be found in gear chests that are scattered throughout Baghdad. However, it seems like they’re mostly found in strongholds like Palaces and other forts within the city. The same is said for the Abbasid Knight outfit.Â
Note: This outfit can only be found in the world if you’ve bought the Deluxe Edition of Assassin’s Creed: Mirage.
To start, head to the Officer’s Club located south of the Round City. Check the map below for help, I highlighted the area. The outfit will be located near the side of the building that faces the water. So, if you’re coming from any direction other than the water, head to that spot. Next, look for a doorway. To help identify it, there will two or three guards near the stairs leading to the chest. You can either sneak past them or get rid of the guards, the choice is yours.
However, if you do the former, be quick and stay crouched while you’re going behind them. Once you safely get past or kill the guards, there will be something that looks like a nook. Enter it, and look to your left, the chest holding the Abbasid Knight outfit will be placed there.

Perks of the outfit
Each outfit can be upgraded three times maximum and the perks add on as you upgrade.Â
The Abbasid Knight outfit is all about keeping you alive as long as it can. Each time the outfit gets upgraded, Basim will regenerate health. It starts at 1 percent and goes up to 3 percent on the third tier. However, the catch is that you must be unseen and not moving to make this effect activate. On top of that, it only brings back around 50 percent of your health. My advice would be to use this perk in dire situations, which might happen a lot during the early hours of Assassin’s Creed: Mirage.
A good strategy for the outfit is when you’re fighting and low on health with no elixirs, run away. I’m not kidding, running away will save your skin rather than fighting. I had a hard time grasping that, but once I decided to bail more often than not, most fights became easier to engage with because of the second wind. Once you escape a fight, look for a hiding spot, then watch your health come back. While you get only half your health restored, you can still manage the conflicts better with this outfit. These steps can be repeated — just make sure you’re not moving and unseen.
