Schrodinger III is a Starfield planet beloved by players due to its abundance of high-level animals that won’t really fight back. Many players use this planet to farm XP quickly, but you can easily miss it in-game. We’ll let you know the planet’s stats, where to find it, and how to use its XP trick below to find Schrodinger III in Starfield.
Schrodinger III location in Starfield
Starfield’s Schrodinger III is the third Planet in the Schrodinger star system. Schrodinger is found just under Kryx on your star map. If you are level one and want to get to Schrodinger, you need to warp to Lunara, then to Alpha Marae, and then to Schrodinger. That is the shortest path for low-level players who just got the ship named Frontier from Barrett.
If you are too low-level to fight pirates that may or may not attack as soon as you arrive, either quickly fast-travel to the planet or quickly grav jump away and then return. Repeat until you no longer get the random encounter.

How to do Schrodinger III’s XP trick
To do the Schrodinger III XP trick, you need to land on any grassy area of the planet. Boost to the top of your ship and crouch into a sneaking position. You’ll notice some dinosaur-looking wildlife. These are your primary targets. It’s better to use some sort of sniper rifle or anything that provides distance, just to be safe.
From there, take potshots at animals and benefit from the 5x damage sneaking provides. The animals here tend to give 400 to 700 XP and are perfect for lower-level players.
