Piglins are good for two things: farming for resources, and destroying your enemies. If you can guide a big horde of them to your enemy’s base, they can make a fantastic distraction whilst you sneak in the back. Minecraft Legends requires players to collect resources, go to war with one another, and hold back the swine. A great source of rare resources comes in the Piglin chests which can only be opened with a Piglin Key. Figuring out how to find Piglin Keys and how to use them in Minecraft Legends will give you the upper hand in any match.
Where to find Piglin Keys
Piglin Keys are only ever dropped by high-ranking enemies. They are held by the stronger foes on the field, but like most resources, they disappear if they’re not picked up. This means you need to seek out the big guys and sort them out yourself.
The best method for this is to attack a base. A quick smash-and-grab is completely reasonable in this case. Head in with your array of allies and use them as a distraction for the smaller enemies. Whilst they’re occupied, seek out the big guys and take them out yourself. Make sure you keep an eye on your health as they can really work you out. Using the separate horde commands to direct long-range allies to help you out is a great idea.
You will also find heavy enemies at village attacks. There won’t be as many, but there is always a good chance to find a Piglin Key to use in Minecraft Legends.
How to use Piglin Keys
In Piglin bases you will find chests. These are also marked on your overhead radar so you can pinpoint them on your map. Usually, these are deep into the bases and are pretty much inaccessible until you have overwhelmed the location. Try to wipe out as many of the Piglins before using the Piglin Key in Minecraft Legends.
