Where to find Horklump Juice in Hogwarts Legacy

As a game with plenty of crafting options, Hogwarts Legacy is packed with various materials you can use in gear and potions. Naturally, finding the right material is key. And sometimes, you may have trouble locating the necessary ingredient for your potions. This might be the case with Horklump Juice, which can be a bit elusive. However, we have some suggestions. Here’s where you can find Horklump Juice in Hogwarts Legacy.

Where to find Horklump Juice in Hogwarts Legacy

Like with a lot of organic ingredients, Horklump Juice can be harvested from a particular plant in Hogwarts Legacy. Keep an eye on the ground for purple- and pink-striped mushrooms on the ground, usually in a clump of three large caps with spike that stick out as you approach. Don’t worry about pricking your finger, though. Your character is an expert at extracting the juice without any violence.

You can find these Horklump mushrooms scattered throughout the world, but they seem to prefer dark places the most. The best areas to harvest the shrooms are in caves or treasure vaults, which you can track down from your in-game map.

But let’s say you’re short on time, and don’t feel like spelunking around in places with giant spiders. I can relate. If you have the extra coin, you can go to J. Pippin’s Potions in Hogsmeade. There, he sells Horklump Juice for a reasonable 50 coins.

What do you use Horklump Juice for?

When you progress through the story enough, you’ll be able to take your first potions class. This opens up a cauldron you can use in the Potions Classroom, where you can concoct bubbly draughts at your leisure. Horklump Juice is used in a recipe along with Dittany Leaves in order to make Wiggenweld Potion, the game’s version of a health potion.
