Where to find and how to use all relics in Sea of Stars

Craft your perfect adventure

Relics are a fantastic accessibility feature in Sea of Stars, allowing players to tailor the experience to their liking. Customization features like this are a welcome addition to a rather challenging turn-based RPG. The stigma around games like these is they are outdated or old-fashioned. Features like this prove otherwise. There’s more to these items than meets the eye, so let me show you where to find and how to use all relics in Sea of Stars.

Where to find and how to use all relics in Sea of Stars

I’ll explain where you can find other relics shortly, but if you want to use some right away, you can access two right from the start. We’ve got an in-depth guide for how these work, but by default, you have access to the following:

  • Amulet of Storytelling
  • Sequent Flare

The Amulet of Storytelling gives your party a massive HP boost and regenerative health after battles. This takes the urgency out of combat and removes the reliance on foraging for food items.

Timing is a crucial part of Sea of Stars, and the Sequent Flare displays perfectly timed abilities with a bright rainbow-colored star and sound cue. For precision abilities like Valere’s Moonerang, you can get a feel for the timing very quickly with this item.

Where are the other relics in Sea of Stars?

You can purchase other relics from shops scattered across the world. Here’s a list of the relics, what they do, and where to get them. Naturally, with locations, we’re heading into spoiler territory, so consider yourself warned.

Falcon-eyed Parrot

Gold Tooth

Location: Town of Lucent

Mithreel Rod

Truestrike Pendant

As you can see, Relics in Sea of Stars can be used to gain a mix of advantages and disadvantages. These items can make the game very challenging if you stack them, and as Sea of Stars has a New Game +, you can stack the deck against yourself for round two.
