Are you wondering where to find and farm Paletongue in Diablo 4? Locating Paletongue can be challenging since they are only three viable farm locations. Nevertheless, with this straightforward guide, you can effortlessly farm Paletongue and end up with more than you can handle.
Where to find Paletongue in Diablo 4
Paletongue is a magic crafting material in Diablo 4 found in the mouths of evil humans, which is used to upgrade your potions. They are only dropped by rare NPCs and can be farmed at three locations depending on your level and where you are in your game. Once you kill one of the three rare NPCs, you can relog and kill it as many times as needed. However, it may take multiple relogs to spawn again, so keep trying if it doesn’t. You can relog by selecting the leave game option in your menu and the start game option on the character screen. There is no need to restart the entire game for this to work.
Paletongue Farm Location #1
Head to the location marked on the map above, in the far west of the Scarred Coast. You can find one Demon’s Heart, one Grave Dust, and one Paletongue by killing the Almunn Duke of Shadow NPC at this location. The NPC is bugged if you find the Almunn Duke of Shadow stuck at 1% life. To fix this, leave the area until you see the rare monster indicator on your mini-map. After that, you can return and kill him again.
Paletongue Farm Location #2
Head to the location marked on the map above, east of the Zarbinzet area in the Diseased Embankment. You can find five Paletongue by killing the Trembling Mass rare NPC. The trembling Mass has the Parasite ability, which allows it to summon parasites that can cause it to be reborn if not slain quickly enough.
Paletongue Farm Location #3
Head to the location on the above map, further east of the Trembling Mass rare NPC in the Hawezar Swamp. You can find five Paletongue by killing Captain Willcocks. You can face Captain Willcocks like any other shield and sword skeleton NPC. He has an Overshield and a Shock Lance enhanced sword swipe that you should avoid.
