Are you wondering where to find and farm Demon’s Heart in Diablo 4? This is an extremely tough material to find, as there are only three locations where you can consistently farm Demon’s Hearts. However, with this easy-to-follow guide, you will have more Demon’s Hearts than you know what to do with.
Where to Find Demon’s Heart in Diablo 4
Demon’s Heart is a magic crafting material in Diablo 4 found in demons’ bodies. They are only dropped by rare NPCs and can be farmed at three locations depending on your level and where you are in your game. After taking down one of the three rare NPCs, you can relog and defeat them as many times as necessary. It may require numerous relogs for them to respawn, so don’t give up if it doesn’t happen right away. To relog, select “leave game” from the menu and then choose “start game” on the character screen. Restarting the whole game is unnecessary for this process to be successful.
Demon’s Heart Farm Location #1
Head to the location marked on the map above, in the far west of the Scarred Coast. You can find one Paletongue, one Grave Dust, and one Demon’s Heart by killing the Almunn Duke of Shadow NPC at this location. The NPC is bugged if you find the Almunn Duke of Shadow stuck at 1% life. To fix this, leave the area until you see the rare monster indicator on your mini-map. After that, you can return and kill him again.
Demon’s Heart Farm Location #2
Head to the location marked on the map above, near the Searing Expanse area of Kehjistan. At this location, you can find five Demon’s Hearts by killing the Abe-Mari super unique NPC. She hides in a statue and has the Chilling Wind and Multishot abilities.
Demon’s Heart Farm Location #3
Head to the location marked on the map above, south of the Road to Alcanarus, in the Amber Sands region of Kehijstan. You can farm five Demon’s Hearts by killing the Faraya Tehi rare NPC, found north of the Ravaged Ruins cellar location. He has the Tempest enhancement and can summon Copperfangs at will and automatically from his corpse when he dies.
