Super Mario Bros. Wonder – where to find all the Wonder Tokens in the Sunbaked Desert Search Party

It took me a lot longer than I care to admit to find all five tokens while searching through the Sunbaked Desert Search Party level, “Pipe Park.” Below you’ll find precise information about where to find each one. They’re listed in the order the game recommends, but you can of course snag them in any order that suits you.

Token #1

Head right from the entrance. Past the first group of pipes, hop up the thin ledges, and then jump to your upper left. There are some yellow pipes here, spaced separately. You can push one of them left. Then, jump from that pipe over the higher pipe positioned along the top of the wall. Since you repositioned the first pipe, you can now jump over the higher pipe to find a hidden area to the left with the stage’s first Wonder Token. As you can see from the above screenshot, it was not the first token I grabbed.

Token #2

Just to the right from the very start of the level, there are many pipes that form a narrow passage. On the ground level, drop into the sixth pipe (it is on the left of two pipes near the center of the group). You appear in the background of a lower room. The Wonder Token is in the foreground. To reach the token, you must enter a hidden pipe. When you first reach the room, you appear to be standing on a large block with a blue border. Drop down along that block’s right side and walk left to access the hidden pipe. You emerge from the large pipe on the right side of the screen, now standing in the foreground. Then it’s easy to grab the token.

Token #3

From the entrance area, head right past the first grouping of yellow pipes. Jump up along the thin platforms. On the upper level near the right, there is another row of pipes. You can jump up from the leftmost pipe to find another higher ledge, with a Wonder Token.

Token #4

From the start of the stage, head right until you reach the wall to the right. Drop down that pipe to appear in a room further to the right, where you see a gray ring at ground level. Grab the ring. Then, tug it slightly to the right and jump up to reveal a hidden block. Jump from that block to reveal a second block. Then ascend onto that block, still pulling at the ring. This will allow you to break the cord and collect the attached Wonder Token.

Near the upper right corner of the area, there is a row of yellow pipes (the same pipes you jumped from to reach the platform and the third token). Six of those pipes are at the same height, ahead of a slightly taller seventh pipe. Enter the sixth pipe to appear in a small space to the right. A high yellow pipe blocks its right side. Push that pipe to the right to reveal the final Wonder Token.
