Once your planet has been terraformed into a lush green paradise, it’s time to start exploring. The endgame of The Planet Crafter will have you seeking out 13 Warden’s Keys to finally unlock the hidden mysteries of the planet.
All 13 Warden’s Key locations in Planet Crafter
Really, you don’t need to collect any of these keys until the endgame. But, if you can pick them up along the way, you may as well. There are 13 Warden’s Keys in total. However, you’ll only need 10 to complete The Planet Crafter.
Clear the Cenote
Before you start searching for the hidden keys, you should first head to the Cenote. Provided you have cleared enough ice, you can head down into it and find a Chip. This chip will allow you actually to see the Warden’s Keys. Before this, they won’t be visible.
Warden’s Key #1
The first key to find is just north of the starting area, beyond the Plateau and through the canyon maze behind the crashed ship. You can find the Warden’s Key situated atop the pillars of rock. Climb up to these by using the fallen metal girders. It is in line with the front of the fallen ship. You will find it at 1581:560.
While you’re here, you should grab the golden chest located just to the west.
Wardnens Key #2
Now, you can head north to 1890:263 to find another Warden’s Key. It is on top of an outcropping of rock you will need to climb.
Wardens Key #3
For the third Warden’s Key in The Planet Crafter, head southeast until you find the enormous crashed ring. It looks like a vast metal bridge. Right in the center of it, you should see an island if you have reached the lake stage; if not, it is just a lump of sand. On this central marker, you will find the next Warden’s Key in The Planet Crafter. It is at coordinates 1444:-762.
Warden’s Key #4
The fourth key in this Warden’s Key guide is located just north of the Aluminium fields at 1257:256. It is sat out in the open between four medium-sized rocks.
Wardens Key #5
At the enormous crashed ship to the west of the center of the map, you will find the next of the Warden’s Keys in The Planet Crafter. With your back to the nose of the craft, walk very slightly left to find this key. You will find it at 1314:1500.
Wardens Key #6
Amongst the spiky trees of the north, you will find the sixth of the Warden’s Keys in The Planet Crafter. It is found at 2374:1000.
Wardens Key #7
This Warden’s Key is located deep in the west of the Planet Crafter map. You need to head into the region almost directly west of the huge crashed ship, where you often find Aluminium. This key can be picked up from the Warden’s Altar at 1535:2218.
Warden’s Key #8
Head to the Sandfall area, just to the west of the Sulphur fields to grab this Warden’s Key. It is located just north of the center of this area. If you have the Cenote Chip, you should be able to see it shining at 713:1706.
Warden’s Key #9
The next Warden’s Key in Planet Crafter is located in the center of the enormous crater, accessible through the Osmium and Zeolite caves. It is on an island located at -380:-1500.
Warden’s Key #10
A stone’s throw from the waterfall in the southern Sulphur fields, you will find yet another of the Warden’s Keys in Planet Crafter. It is located at coordinates -300:614.
Warden’s key #11
In the far southeast of the map, you will find a crashed ship sitting in lava fields. I would recommend this spot for mining Obsidian when you need it. The eleventh Warden’s Key can be found in the middle of the open area, not too far from the smaller broken part of the ship in Planet Crafter. It is located at -924:-626.
Warden’s Key #12
For the penultimate Warden’s Key in Planter Crafter, you need to head further south again to the far side of the lakes if you’re at that point. It is just to the west of another downed lander, north of the large rock. You can find it at -1435:556.
Warden’s Key #13
The last of the Warden’s Keys can be found in the newest beach biome added to The Planet Crafter. Head out to the island with the red top, and here you will find the thirteenth and final Warden’s key in The Planet Crafter. It can be picked up at -1328:1323.
If you’re struggling to find all you need to terraform your planet, maybe you need a hand collecting the different ore in The Planet Crafter.
