Where to find a Radtoad in Fallout 76

Gross.

Boil ’em, roast ’em, or stick ’em in a stew. The Radtoad, of Fallout 76 fame, is very versatile and delicious if you know where to find it. Here is a quick breakdown of three locations where you will consistently find the pond-dwelling, nuclear, mutant, and treat.

Often, Fallout 76 will require you to hunt these enormous toads for the weekly challenge. Also, they’re really disgusting, so killing them off is just a mercy really.

Grafton Radtoad location

One of the easiest places you can find Radtoads in Fallout 76 is just outside of Grafton. Head outside to the toxic river that runs along the outskirts of the town. Here you will find around four or five of the enormous Radtoads hopping about, ripe for the picking.

Sludge Hole

South of Fort Atlas, to the east of the Fallout 76 map, you should find the Sludge Hole. This wonderfully named location is the spot where a number of raiders sell purified water. However, it is also a great location to hunt for Radtoad. You should find them hopping around the area.

This spot hasn’t got too much going on, but is a very easy place to get to. You shouldn’t have too much grief from other charcaters while hunting the Radtoad in Fallout 76.

The Freakshow in Fallout 76

If you are looking for a Radtoad and you’re in the southern area of the Fallout 76 map, you can head to the Freakshow. This location is North of Fort Defiance. However, this may not be the best of locations if you’re not ready for a fight. Often, a few Mirelurks can spawn there. It has also been reported that Queen Mirelurks can even turn up.

If you’re looking for an easy farm of Radtoads this isn’t it. However, The Freakshow does have some fantastic loot. So, if you’re looking to kill two birds with one stone, this could be a worthy expedition.
