When is the next Golden Blitz in Monopoly GO?

Scopely has been presenting the Golden Blitz in Monopoly GO when we start to near the closure of an album for a chance for players to trade for those gilded Golden Stickers.

The Golden Blitz event is incredible, albeit fleeting. You’ll want to know when the next one is to capitalize properly, like a good mogul should.

What is Golden Blitz in Monopoly GO?

In Monopoly GO, trading Golden Stickers is not possible, to force players to have to earn at least a portion of their sets of albums. However, that has proven to be a mighty tall order, considering they’re so very rare. So, to meet us halfway, Scopely throws the Golden Blitz event every now and then.

During a Golden Blitz, only two of the many Golden Stickers are available to be traded, which makes it much more crucial to get involved in case you never get the chance to get your hands on those specific Golden Stickers again.

To take part in the event, you’ll have to take to Facebook to find players willing to trade off their spares, which is rather tricky as spare Golden Stickers aren’t exactly easy to get, either.

Previously to this, your only hope was getting incredibly lucky and fighting hard to get your hands on Golden Sticker packs to complete the set.

When will Monopoly GO have another Golden Blitz?

Golden Blitz in Monopoly GO isn’t a mainline event, like the tournaments and milestone events that are in a constant state of ending and renewal. Instead, it is one of the smaller limited-time events that seem to be sprung upon us as Scopely sees fit, like Rent Frenzies or Cash Grabs.

There doesn’t seem to be a schedule or any way to anticipate when the Golden Blitz will return, and so we have no way of telling when another Golden Blitz will strike us. They do persist longer than other spontaneous events, so as long as you are logging in semi-frequently, or are a part of any social media group for the game, then you should be notified when it happens.

This event isn’t too rare, but it isn’t frequent, either. Once one ends, you’ll be safe not checking back for some days. Also, unlike some other events, don’t rely on Monopoly GO’s Facebook page to herald the event, as they haven’t posted anything about the previous Golden Blitz events.
