The city of Denver is a ruin in Wasteland 3. However, it’s also the stronghold of The Gippers faction, an ally of Valor Buchanan, and where you’ll find the Machine Commune area and the Reagan AI.

Wasteland 3: Denver Ruins, The Gippers, and the Machine Commune
Denver is northeast of Colorado Springs past Hoon Homestead. Make sure you’ve upgraded your Kodiak’s chassis to ensure that you can traverse some of Wasteland 3‘s regions without suffering from radiation.
Before you get there, however, you’ll encounter Liberty Buchanan, the Patriarch’s wayward daughter. She’s also his favorite child due to her tactical acumen and leadership skills.
You have the option to arrest her, which she’ll laugh off. But, if you’re hard-headed and persistent, this battle will be the end of the Rangers. It’s unwinnable due to Liberty being at a higher level while also defended by a couple of warbots (that’ll decimate your group). Instead, you can (and should) let her go if you know what’s good for you.
Eventually, you’ll reach Denver Ruins. Before you head inside, however, I should make note of how this guide will be structured.
Denver is split up into a couple of areas — Denver Ruins and Machine Commune (Denver International Airport). There are several quests that you can do in both locations. Ultimately, however, you’ll need to decide on what happens to The Gippers faction and to Valor Buchanan.
