Bugs in Call of Duty: Warzone 2 are a common occurrence and if you haven’t encountered one yet, consider yourself among the lucky ones. Admittedly, some bugs are quite amusing, such as being able to take out your teammate at the end of a gulag victory. On the opposite end of the scale, some issues are game-breaking. There was a problem back in December in which players got infinite health. Now, the latest issue has trucks at its heart. Trucks are a form of transport useful for rotating, getting aggressive, or escaping a situation. If you’ve taken a vehicle in the water before, you’ll know that it doesn’t end well. However, the Warzone 2 community has discovered a glitch that allows you to drive a truck underwater without any consequences.
A clip of the glitch was uploaded to the Warzone Reddit by u/The-Weasel. As you can see, the player drives a truck into the waters at Hafid Port. Instead of drowning, the player is able to drive across the ocean floor. Fellow Warzone 2 fans went on to comment that there are other spots around Al Mazrah that allow you to perform the same glitch.
You never know what could be lurking below the shores
Unless this is patched by the developers, taking a truck underwater could become a useful strategy for stealth-minded players. If you pull of the glitch, you can creep up on an unsuspecting enemy as if you were something out of Jaws. It could prove particularly problematic in the endgame if patches of water are featured in the final circles. Who knows what those can hide until the bug is fixed?
At the time of writing, Activision is yet to comment on the glitch. All we can do is keep an eye out for a patch or see if the problem gets added to the official Warzone 2 Trello Board.
If you drive into water at this spot in Warzone 2.0 with this truck you’ll be able to drive under and not drown
