Warhammer: End Times—Vermintide reached a pretty good number regarding sales with its 500,000 copies sold. Vermintide seems to do great after getting three DLCs, with the studio trying to support it several months after its original release. Fatshark CEO Martin Wahlund seemed also excited with the news about Warhammer: End Times—Vermintide selling half a million copies:
“We are really happy with the sales so far. We reached half a million copies much faster than we estimated. As a small studio, this really is an amazing milestone for us. The office is a hive of excitement, (…)“We are overwhelmed by the positive response from both players and critics alike, and this has given us the extra drive to continue providing exciting and engaging content so that everyone can continue to enjoy the game long into the future.”
Warhammer: End Times—Vermintide kept the momentum of the first month, since the game had reached 300,000 copies during October-November. The game was released in October 2015 for Windows PC and there will be also a console version available in 2016 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
