After a short while of playing the campaign in Warhammer 40K: Chaos Gate – Daemonhunters, you’ll receive a transmission from Grandmaster Kai. The lord of the Grey Knights is aware of your plight, and it’s possible to obtain some boosts that’ll help you in the long run. Warhammer 40K: Chaos Gate – Daemonhunters – Armory of Titan and Requisition points guide

The Armory of Titan in Warhammer 40K: Chaos Gate – Daemonhunters has several functions. Here’s the gist:

• Think of this as a campaign progress report. Every 60 in-game days, the Grandmaster will contact your ship and certain decisions will be presented.
• In some instances, the choices lead to detrimental effects (i.e., slowed research/construction speed). However, there are cases when the boons are worthwhile. For example, when Kai admonishes Vakir, you can offer a Prognosticar. This provides a permanent +50% research speed, and Vakir’s gratitude will add an extra +100% research speed for 60 days.
• The panel allows you to select Requisition upgrades (more on this mechanic in a while).

Armory of Titan Requisition upgrades in Warhammer 40K: Chaos Gate – Daemonhunters

There are five categories in the Armory of Titan: Knight Requisition (better recruits), Melee Requisition (better melee weapons), Ranged Requisition (better ranged weapons), Armor Requisition (better armor), and Wargear Requisition (better accessories, grenades, Servo Skulls, and more). Increasing these tiers requires a number of Requisition points.

Note: You may only upgrade each selection whenever Kai asks for a report (i.e., every 60 days), and only if you have the Requisition points to spare. The maximum tier for each is level 5.

The upgrades that you choose will subsequently affect the rewards that you earn from missions. For instance, if you’ve already completed The Nexus main mission and your Knight Requisition is at least level 3, there’s a chance that advanced classes would appear. You can then spend some Requisition points to acquire the units and/or loot that you need.

Note: If you’re not happy with the rewards that you’ll receive when you do a mission, you can keep a backup save before a Bloomspawn notification pops up. Each time you reload, the rewards will be different. You can keep doing this until you see master-crafted gear pieces or ideal classes.

Glorious Deeds and earning Requisition points

There are a few ways to earn extra Requisition points in Warhammer 40K: Chaos Gate – Daemonhunters:

• Dismissing a Grey Knight – You do earn some Requisition based on the unit’s level. However, because recruiting a unit also costs points, this is more of a waste.
• Events – A few events and decisions will give you Requisition, though it’s also possible to lose a certain amount based on what you choose.
• Completing missions and Glorious Deeds – By far the most common way of gaining Requisition is by finishing missions and any related Glorious Deeds. These are side objectives that you can do, ramping up the challenge considerably. Here are some examples of Glorious Deeds that are required alongside a regular mission completion:
  • Don’t use grenades (the grenades have to be unequipped).
  • Don’t use willpower abilities.
  • Have no more than three squad members.
  • Take no more than X damage.
  • No critical injuries.
  • Kill X number of enemies with melee/ranged/grenades.
