In Taurox’s campaign, you’ll need to start your turn with 500 Marks of Ruination just so the Heart of the Dark final battle becomes available. For Oxyotl, you’ll have to complete multiple Visions of the Old Ones missions. The final stage requires you to finish 11 of these, though, in total, you can expect to clear around 21 missions.
