Warcraft Film Renamed?

This article is over 15 years old and may contain outdated information

Plans for a film based on Blizzard Entertainment’s highly successful Warcraft franchise may have been completely revamped, according to sources. The film, which was previously known simply as ‘Warcraft’ is now listed as “Warcraft: The Rise of the Lich King” on IMDB. Earlier this year, Sam Raimi was annouced as the film’s director, and a new date of 2011 was given. Read more about this discovery over on our WoW channel.
