For the first reveal on The Men Behind the Masks series, that’s a cool mask.

In the first The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing, you adventured with the no-fuss but ‘ahem’ buoyant Lady Katarina, one of the best ‘buff-pets’ ever made as an ally in an ARPG . For the upcoming sequel comes man’s best friend, the Chimera and now NeocoreGames have revealed The Men Behind the Masks, a series providing insights into characters through Borgovia in The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing 2.

The first to be revealed in part one of The Men Behind the Masks is Prisoner Seven. He could prove a powerful ally when it comes to fighting General Harker and his armies, particularly with his affinity with “the Ink”.

With a cool looking mask and daemonic-like air about him, I wonder if he’s available to be called into battle like the Chimera or even playable a new character other than Van Helsing? It would be an interesting twist of gameplay decisions as we asked NeocoreGames a while back in our Van Helsing 2 interview about characters and additional classes.

In April, we’re off to meet NeocoreGames directly, sampling goulash whilst bringing you a full report and preview of The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing II, so stay tuned. You can absorb yourself with the official propaganda from Borgiva’s paper below and on Neocore’s website
