Sega of America has shared one tweet confirming that Valkyria Chronicles is coming to PC.
Details are sparse, but it is most likely it will be a Steamworks release, if it will be physical at all.

Originally released exclusive to PlayStation 3 in 2008, Valkyria Chronicles is a tactical role-playing game with third person shooter elements. Under the Battle of Live Tactical Zones system, characters can move freely around the battlefield first during Action Mode, limited only by Action Points, and then gets to target enemies for maximum effect while time freezes during Target Mode.
The game was critically acclaimed, earning accolades such as IGN’s PlayStation 3 Strategy Game of 2008. However, the game’s sales were woefully disappointing, clocking in at 33,000 units during release. Still, Sega did not lose faith in the game, and released Valkyria Chronicles 2 and 3 to the PlayStation Portable.
This pending PC rerelease indicates that Sega hopes to find the game new fans in a new segment. Would you buy the game for Steam? Share your thoughts with us in the comments.
