Ubisoft has announced Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Commander, a Facebook game in which “players will be able to developer their own Ghost”.
We’re promised a game in which we’ll be be to utilise “stealth, firepower and exciting near-future technology to take command of the battlefield against impossible odds”. The trailer above and the pics below give a bit on perspective on what to expect.
It sounds as though Commander is being used as an advertising tool to promote Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier which launches on 25 May on 360/PS3 and 15 June on PC.
Playing Commander will allow you to unlock “exclusive items and bonuses” in Future Soldier and the PC-only Ghost Recon Online.
Commander will launch at some point this spring.
