Ubisoft trails E3 line-up of Assassin’s Creed, The Division, Rainbow Six

Ubisoft will be showing more (and providing hands-on event demos) of its “big three,” Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate, The Division and Rainbow Six: Siege at this year’s E3.

The publisher is also promising to announce “several exciting new games” at its E3 press conference on 15 June. These may or may not be of interest to a PC audience (I can see another Just Dance happening, for example,) but you never know when Beyond Good & Evil 2 might appear out of nowhe … no, I’m sorry, that’s too cruel to even suggest.

Ubisoft will also be continuing their healthy tradition of hiring somebody with actual presentation experience to host their event (rather than an awkward sales person in a suit,) bringing back Archer voice talent and Whose Line Is It Anyway? host Aisha Tyler for another year.

The 15 June press conference will start at 3pm Pacific Time (11pm in the UK) and “be broadcast live and on-demand via YouTube, on Ubisoft’s Twitch channel and on Uplay.”

As mentioned, if you happen to be attending E3, then playable versions of Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate, The Division and Rainbow Six: Siege will be available at Ubisoft’s booth and their swanky-sounding Uplay Lounge. I like to image the latter has soothing fountains and free champagne for all visitors, but that’s probably not the case.

“Special guests” are said to be in attendance as well, but Ubisoft isn’t saying who those people will be so you’ll just have to guess.
