We may not have heard much about Bioshock Infinite recently, other than news of people departing the Irrational studio ahead of next year’s release, but a new trailer is promised in the near future and today’s announcement concerns a pair of special edition versions of the game.

The ‘Premium’ and ‘Ultimate Songbird’ editions share a lot in common, the only difference being the inclusion of a 9.75″ resin-cast Songbird figurine in the latter version. That also explains the price difference between the two; $80 USD for the Premium, and $150 USD for the Songbird edition.

In the rest of both packages, you get a “mini art book” showing 64 pages of concept art from the world of Columbia, a 5×7 lithograph, a 3″ ‘Murder of Crows’ keychain, a Handyman figurine for an upcoming Bioshock Infinite board game, digital soundtrack, a selection of in-game powers, and a few more platform-specific downloadable goodies (Avatar stuff on Xbox Live, Themes for PC/PS3).

You can see all of the above in exhaustive detail at the official Bioshock Infinite site. The title is currently scheduled for a February 2013 release on PC, Xbox 360 and PS3.
