Kalypso Media has announced Tropico 3 will launch worldwide 16 October for PC and Xbox 360.Germany will be the first country to receive the the PC version which will launch a few weeks earlier on 24 September.Tropico 3 once again puts you in the role of El Presidente as you try to control the residents of Tropico and for the first time will be releasing on a console.One of the main features being added into the game is the opportunity to give speeches during election periods. Fulfilling the promises will have to be done otherwise the citizens may revolt.Closed beta for Tropico 3 on the PC has already begun and to celebrate the announcement of the release date Kalypso has confirmed the PC demo will be released 7 September. No news on whether there will be a 360 demo in the future.
