Frozenbyte has announced that the PS3 version of Trine has been delayed once more. The physics-based platformer was initially supposed to be released online simultaneously with the PC version, which launched at the beginning of the month, and has also hit store shelves.Since then, PS3 owners have been left waiting, and this week’s release window has again been missed.Writing on the official forums, “FB_Lauri” – presumably Frozenbyte’s CEO, Lauri Hyvärinen – stated “Trine isn’t coming to PSN this week, and this time it’s our fault as there was discovered yet another small bug which needed to be fixed. I can’t tell for sure when the release is coming, as no-one really seems to know. Also, I have no idea are EU and NA releases timed diffrently [sic].”The post ended on an optimistic note, however. “For us, not knowing is also a bit tough, but I hope it’s eventually worth all the waiting.”It just might be, you know. We reviewed the PC version, and it’s not half bad.
