Torment: Tides of Numenera is set for release on 28 February and GOG want you to pre-order through them.

The DRM free Standard Edition of Torment: Tides of Numenera is available on GOG now for 44.99 USD / 34.99 GBP / 44.99 EUR / 69.95 AUD as well as the more expensive Legacy and Immortal Editions.
