This article is over 14 years old and may contain outdated information

Three villains appearing in Batman: Arkham Asylum have been revealed.Actress Stana Katic Tweeted (via Kotaku) that she’d “Just recorded a character voice on the next Batman video game.”“I’m voicing Talia al Ghul, the daughter of Ra al Ghul [sic] (played by Liam Neeson in ‘Batman Begins,’)” she continued. These Tweets have, apparently, vanished.Other than that, Futurama’s Kif Kroker – Maurice LaMarche – told Geekcastradio that he’d be playing Mr. Freeze.”I’m about to go in and do Mr. Freeze for Arkham Asylum 2,” said LaMarche. “He’s out for blood right now because, err… I can’t tell you the situation, but he’s actually somewhat a sympathetic character within the framework of the game.”Finally, Batman’s voice actor Kevin Conroy let slip yet another villain when he was tricked by a fan into revealing Two-Face’s presence at the Chicago Comics & Entertainment Expo (via Comic Book Resources). “There’s a very complicated cast,” laughed Conroy, after his mistake. “A lot of villains are in it. I’ll just leave it at that!”Conroy also revealed that the tone of the game is “really, really dark,” comparing it to Batman Beyond: The Return of the Joker. “It involves a lot of villains and it goes to that area – it’s that dark,” he said.Batman: Arkham Asylum 2 is expected out prior to the giant ant invasion of 2024, and it might even have Robin. Considering how much we adored the original, we’re really, really looking forward to it.
