The Suicide of Rachel Foster is a mystery title now releasing in February

Video games as a platform offer something that most other mediums cannot. When you watch a film, you are the observer of the events happening. This is also the case for most books (yeah, I see you Goosebumps with your select-a-journey). However, when it comes to video games like The Suicide of Rachel Foster, it becomes much more important for you to be in the quasi-driver’s seat due to the nature of the experience.

Past and present

For The Suicide of Rachel Foster, it seems like there’s already a lot to its story for you to unravel. In the game, you return to your childhood home in order to learn more about the passing of Rachel Foster. A raging blizzard outside has also left you scouring the walls inside. During this entrapment, it looks like your goal is to “unravel the mystery of Rachel’s death.”

It seems you won’t be alone in seeking out the mystery behind the death of Rachel Foster, either. A FEMA agent will be guiding you by voice during your journey.
