Funcom has announced that the release date for their MMO The Secret World has been pushed back slightly to benefit from a “more positive launch window”.
The MMO will now be arriving on 3 July and early access will begin on 29 June.
There are still Beta weekends planned with the third test called “Hell Raised” taking place on 15 June until 17 June. The content will now include the Illuminati and Dragon starter experiences as well as the Templar experience.
Players will also be able to venture further into the game world . Player will be able to leave Kingsmouth and head to the Savage Coast where the gates of hell will open up to reveal the Hell Raised Dungeon.
The final Beta weekend will take place on 22 June until 24 June and will be focusing on the PvP gameplay with the Eldorado battlefield experience as well as the massive warzone gameplay where over a hundred players clash together in persistent battle
If you can get on the Beta for this I would recommend checkling it out, it coule well offer something a little different for MMO fans, especially as it’s not set in a traditional fantasy world.
