PC gamers who’ve not been able to play The Saboteur because of a bug conflicting with ATI graphics cards will be glad to hear a patch has now been made available to download from the Pandemic website. The issues plaguing PC users with ATI graphics cards surfaced earlier this month, with the official forums going mad and reports of pretty much all the ATI Radeon’s series of cards affecting the game. When I say affecting, I mean making the game not work at all.The new patch is 13.8MB and should resolve the ATI issues, however you will have to sign a License Agreement to download it (spotted by VE3D).And the other patch you ask? Well, yes. There is another patch because those PC rigs using a quad core processor will to follow alternative instructions though as those machines may “have significant streaming issues” which are being looked at now.So, I suppose if you have an ATI card and no quad core system, you’re fine for now, and those of you with a quad core system, you’re probably fine too, but you might not be, but you might be, but hold on, you’re probably not. Don’t worry though, you’ll have a patch soon we’re sure.If you’re still unable to get into the game and would like to find out more about it, you can check our video review right here, or you can read the words right here. Either way, we liked the game and found it a fitting title for Pandemic to end on.
