TERA Sneak Peek event suffering technical issues

This article is over 12 years old and may contain outdated information

If you picked up a ‘Sneak Peek’ event key from us yesterday and have been trying to login to TERA then you’ll have noticed the servers are down.
Due to technical problems on the servers, Bluehole and Frogster have been working on the issues for a number of hours as the servers have struggled to cope with demand.
Right now the official forums and the login server are offline so the best place to get the latest updates is the TERA Europe Twitter feed. There is no ETA in when or if the servers will come back online so keep an eye on Twitter for the latest updates on this.
Update: A statement has now been issued by Frogster:
We’re currently not able to tell you, when the existing problems can be solved. Therefore we cannot tell you a new start date for the sneak peek event. We continue to work on a solution as fast as possible. Of course we want to make up for the lost time, this includes additional time for our sneak peek testers.

As soon as we actually can announce a new launch date for the sneak peek, we’ll inform you right away.

Again, we’re sorry for the inconvenience caused and we continue to work on fixing the current issues as fast as possible.
We’ll try to have everything ready for the 2nd day at least, We’ll inform you again tomorrow about the status.
