When playing Naruto X Boruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections, enemies will be relentless in their attacks, so how do you stop the enemy from hitting you?
I found the enemies’ incessant attacks to be annoying while playing UNSC, until I was able to master some tricks for breaking away from enemy attacks, and even stopping them entirely. Here’s how to do it.
Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections: How to break from enemy attacks
Once an enemy starts pummeling you in this game, there’s practically no way to stop it, besides one method. There are also some other ways to prevent you from being hit entirely. How you can stop enemy attacks in Naruto X Boruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections is by pressing ‘H’ to do a Substitution Jutsu.
When an enemy is hitting you multiple times, the only way out is by doing a Substitution Jutsu. You can only perform these while being hit. See the bar at the top left corner of your screen with the log icon? This is your Substitution Jutsu bar.
It’ll show you how many charges you have to perform this move; you can have a max of four. Once you run out, it’ll take some time to refill, so be careful about using it up. As soon as an enemy is relentlessly hitting you, press the ‘H’ key, and you’ll disappear, reappearing behind them.

Even then, sometimes the enemy won’t give you any time to escape, and will turn around just to start hitting you again. In this case, try pressing ‘K+L’ to perform a Counterattack. This is sort of like a parry, you have to hit it right when the enemy is about to hit you.
This causes the enemy to stumble back, giving you time to hit them. The Counterattack coupled with the Substitution Jutsu should allow you to avoid getting hit too often by the enemy. Also, pressing the ‘K’ button will have you do a light dodge, but it’s better used for avoiding long-ranged attacks.
