Stellaris Heinlein 1.3 update discusses misc changes

The Stellaris Heinlein 1.3 update will bring many changes to Stellaris and the third part of Paradox’ update previews is now online.

In the latest instalment of the developer diary series, the dev team covers miscellaneous changes and improvements. Topics this week include Federation/Alliance Merger, Federation Association Status, Planet Habitability Changes which they have never been happy with, more Galaxy setup options, and finally Sector Improvements.

The full update can be read on their forums and it’s worth checking out if you’re waiting for more improvements to the game.
