No prizes for guessing what’s at the top of the Steam Top Sellers for week ending 13 August. With sales of over 6.5 million Player Unknown’s Battleground continues to dominate for another week at the top.
There’s good news for Ninja Theory, Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice storms into second place which is great news for the indie developer. All they need to do is sort out some of the performance issues now.
Despite a slow start and a lower than expected active player base, Lawbreakers has made it into fifth place this week. The next few weeks will be important for Boss Key, there are concerns that player numbers might drop off despite some positive reviews this week. Don’t let that put you off though, there are plenty of people playing this.
No Man’s Sky is back in the top ten thanks to a 66% price drop and the release of the 1.3 update on Friday. As Peter reported last night, Steam reviews are now moving in a more positive direction for Hello Games.
The multiplayer combat title Foxhole has slipped this week but it;s early days for the game which is in Early Access still.
