As you may or may not have noticed, Steam is one of the places you’ll be able to risk watching the VGX awards tomorrow. Perhaps in the slim hope of glimpsing an interesting announcement in amongst all the hopeless award-related guff. It lasts three hours this year, everyone. Three. Hours.
Anyway, to ease the pain of the VGX show still existing, Steam has taken money off some (maybe even all, I haven’t counted) of the PC-related nominees. The sale lasts until 10pm (Pacific time) on 7 December and includes titles like Papers Please, Tomb Raider, BioShock Infinite, Gone Home, Grid 2, Brothers and a bunch more.
IncGamers will be keeping an eye on the VGX proceedings so you don’t have to. So look out for news of any PC-relevant announcements that occur tomorrow. Meanwhile, maybe you can puzzle out what the hell Battlefield 4 is doing in the “Best PC” award category. Best at crashing? Best at having a terrible launch and still not being fixed? Your guess is as good as ours.
