Those teasing teasers over at Undead Labs have confirmed the existence of the next State of Decay DLC, entitled Lifeline. Details aren’t exactly as abundant as the game’s zombies right now, but the team does reveal that “There’s a new map.”

Aside from that, they’re “not yet ready to discuss features or make promises” and there is absolutely no final release date for this yet. However, it is noted that the intention is to launch the DLC on PC and Xbox 360 at the same time.

At present, State of Decay: Lifeline is in the “internal playtesting” stage, which seems to be how certain eagle-eyed Steam watchers found out about it in advance.

More State of Decay sounds pretty good to me, since I enjoyed the original game and Breakdown.
