Unlike previous games in the series, State of Decay 2 looks like it’s confined to Windows 10. At least, it’s marked with the “Windows 10 Exclusive” branding for now, so you probably won’t be seeing it on Steam.

It now has a new release window of Spring 2018, and a new trailer courtesy of Microsoft’s E3 show. You can find that below, featuring its fair share of whacking zombies with handy implements.
The big headline feature with State of Decay 2 is co-op play. This will enable up to four people at once to drive, scavenge, and beat up zombies across the returning open world landscape.
