How to win Fathier races every time in Star Wars Outlaws

Fathier races in Star Wars Outlaws work much like horse races in real life. You’re given a list of Fathiers to choose from, each with various ages, weights, and stats that determine their odds of winning. The less likely one is to win, the more Credits you’ll win if they manage to come in first.

The developers left one fatal flaw in the Fathier racing minigame, however. The results are the same every time. You can save your game, bet on a race just to see the outcome, and then reload that save to bet on that exact same race while knowing exactly which Fathier is going to win. There’s a chance that this will get patched out in the future, so take advantage of it while you can.

How to rig Fathier races in Star Wars Outlaws

If you’d rather do things the legit way, then there are ways to guarantee a victory when betting on Fathier races in Star Wars Outlaws. When exploring cities and outposts, you may come across data pads that contain information about rigged Fathier races. When you find one of these, make a note of which Fathier is going to win. It’ll usually say the smallest, the oldest, or some other descriptor that you can look for when browsing the list of Fathiers at a race.

Rigged races usually have some of the slowest Fathiers win, so the Credits payout will be much larger than usual. When you find intel about a rigged race, head straight to the betting table so you can make your money. By taking advantage of Fathier races, you’ll be able to afford the best fashion in the galaxy for Star Wars Outlaws’ transmog system.
