Where could they be hiding?

The Ashiga Scouts’ intel becomes available after completing the Safecracker main mission in Kijimi City. Once you complete Safecracker, you can start Ashiga Scouts by speaking to the Ashiga clan member standing outside the entrance of the Ashiga Clan area near Queens Road in Kojima City. An image of the clan member is shown above, and his location is shown below.

After speaking with the Ashiga Clan member, two Ashiga Scouts intel will unlock: Tosharan Recon and Akiva Recon. Let’s go over how to find these two locations

Tosharan Recon

The Ashiga Scout for the Tosharan Recon can be found at the Daruda Diner in Juanta’s Hope, a small city in the Grazing Fields region of Toshara. Below is the exact location of the diner from the in-game map. The good news is that Juanta’s Hope is very small, so it shouldn’t be hard to find.

He can be found sitting in the second booth from the door, with his arms crossed and sitting by himself. Speak to him to complete Tosharan Recon.

If you’re having trouble finding the diner, just know that it’s the only building with a large ship sitting on the roof.

Akiva Recon

The Ashiga Scout for Akiva Recon is a bit more difficult to find since it’s possible you haven’t discovered the location quite yet. Atleast, I hadn’t found it yet in my playthrough. You’ll need to head to Sashin, a small settlement in the northern parts of the Kababa Foothills of Akiva.

The Ashiga Scout can be found in the Sashin Cantina, sitting next to the jukebox. The image below shows the location of the cantina in Sashin.

Speak to the Ashiga Scout to complete the Akiva Recon, which officially unlocks the next intel for the mission, called “Field Reports.”

For the Field Reports intel, all you need to do is return to the Ashiga Clan member that you gave you this quest to begin with. Remember, he is standing outside the entrance of the Ashiga Clan area on Queen’s Road in Kijimi City.

After speaking to the Ashiga Clan member, you will have officially completed the Ashiga Scouts intel. Congratulations! With that out of the way, make sure to check our guide on all Jawa trader locations. Doing so will unlock the M’Gasha ability, which gives you much better deals for trades.
