Cloud Imperium has updated the Star Citizen Hangar Module with a new patch. Sadly this update doesn’t open the doors and let you fly out but it does bring Oculus Rift support to the game.

Rift support was promised early on in the crowd funding process, at the $12 million stretch goal, so it’s good to see it finally arrive. This is a pre-alpha release for Rift support and now you can check out your ships in VR or simply gaze into your fish tank as if you were there.

Don’t forget it won’t be until April at the earliest that the hangar doors will open giving you the ability to dogfight. April can’t come soon enough.
