100,000 customers are suing Square Enix for “unfair business practices, false advertising, and unjust enrichment.”The game that has put Square Enix in trouble is MMORPG Final Fantasy XIEsther Leong of San Francisco is the named plaintiff who brought the action to court and believes that Square Enix lied about or concealed its monthly fees.The group are looking for damages in the excess of $5 million USD.
