Not content with a PlayStation phone, Sony is now working on a PlayStation-certified tablet that will compete with Apple’s iPad.
An online report, which claims to have ‘two highly trusted and independent sources’, reveals that the device, codenamed ‘S1’, will be an Android 3.0 powered system with a 9.4 inch touch screen at 1,280 x 800 pixels.
The report also claims the tablet will not carry the usual flat shape design, but will instead boast a bulging curvature on one side claiming to resemble “an open paperback stuffed into the back pocket, or a magazine folded backward upon itself such that only a single page is visible to read”.
