First, here’s a handy map showing you the important items/puzzles near the 5-Lock Door section:

Check the Store Room in the next corridor. You’ll get the Wrench Handle there.

You won’t find any use for it until much later, so just place it in a storage box to save inventory space.

The room beside that is the Protektor Bathroom. There’s a dead replicant here, and the floor below is flooded. Check the corpse and pick up the Pump Room Key.

Pump Room puzzle

To solve the Pump Room puzzle in Signalis, there’s a document placed on the device telling you what needs to be done. Basically, both the A and B tanks need to have an equal amount of water. You’ll also notice that there are up and down arrows symbolizing how the water would flow.

Here’s the solution:

This will drain the water in the Protektor Bathroom, allowing you to jump down and claim the Water Key.
