A new trailer for Serious Sam 3: BFE confirms that, yep, this is a Serious Sam game alright.
This is a few minutes of throwback gameplay, featuring manic running and gunning, circle strafing and, err, bloodily ripping an eye from the face of a cyclops beastie.
Croteam has also revealed a release date of 18 October for the title on PC. It’ll be coming to Xbox 360 and PS3 too, but those dates are still to be confirmed.
