Salt And Sacrifice Final Boss Undone Sacrifice Endings New Game+ Mode

Salt and Sacrifice: Final boss, endings, and New Game+ guide

Finishing the fight, and then some...

New Game+ mode in Salt and Sacrifice

Recommended Videos

Let’s talk about the New Game+ mode Salt and Sacrifice.

The reason why I suggested keeping a backup save is that choosing either ending option will lead to the end credits. Once you’re back at the main menu, the save that you’re using will automatically turn into New Game+ mode.

When you load it, your character will wake up in Pardoner’s Vale (i.e., as though you just experienced your first death in the campaign).

Here’s the gist:

  • As with any New Game+ mode in various Metroidvanias and Souls-like titles, enemies will be tougher.
  • You’ll retain almost your entire inventory, including weapons, armors, upgrade materials, and more.
  • You’ll keep your levels, XP/salt, silver, and skills.
  • However, you do lose access to the rune words that are needed to unlock portals/teleport locations. As such, you’ll have to progress through the game normally.
